Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Swagga & Soul deliver to most major cities around the world and is based on a flat rate basis regardless of the weight of your parcel.
Please email info@swaggaandsoul.com to check if we deliver to your area.
Please note that all delivery times will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

United Kingdom: £10 per delivery address. Please allow 2-3 working days. Orders will be sent via recorded delivery.
Rest of the World: £20 per delivery address. Please allow 4-5 working days. Orders will be sent via recorded international delivery. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Please note:
• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization/customs

DUTY AND CUSTOMS
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel upon delivery. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Swagga & Soul have no control over these charges as these rules vary by country and your local government determines them. Contact your local customs office for more information.

INSURANCE
Swagga & Soul insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Swagga & Soul and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
